Glen Rein Phd
"Healing With Qi "
This lecture will use contemporary Western Science to explain and describe the energetic nature of Qi, the Life Force and Bioenergy, and its role in the healing process. Qi is composed of different types of energy: electrical, magnetic, acoustic, and optical (light). These energies can be studied physically by measuring the Healing effects of Qi on the body. The different energies comprising Qi will be described in terms of their gross and subtle aspects.
The lecture will also draw parallels between Western Science and Eastern Traditions iin describing the properties of Qi and how it heals the body, whether influenced by external Qi or internal Qi (Meditation, QiGong, etc.) The lecture will also include original research by D. Rein characterizing healers Qi in terms of its effects on biological systems (notably human DNA) and Water.
Dr. Rein received his PHD in Biochemistry from the University of London. For the last 25 years, he has pursued an academic career in orthodox biomedical research at Harvard and Standford Medical Schools, where he studied neuroscience, immunology, psychoneuroimmunology, and bioelectromagnetics. In 1988 he left academia to pursue his interest in Energy Medicine and founded the Quantum Biology Research Laboratory. His research has since focused on characterizing new forms of non-classical electromagnetic energy and their effects on biological systems.
Dr. Rein is the author of the book, Quantum Biology: Healing with Subtle Energy, and has published over 30 articles in biomedical journals and books. He has lectured internationally and has made numerous media appearances on radio and TV. Dr. Rein is a faculty advisor at Holos University. He is on numerous scientific and editorial boards, and is a reviewer for several journals, including the Journal of Alternative and Complementary Medicine.

Dowsing shows that there is a way to map the cosmic energy of life and action. Guenter will present his research into this field with his charts to plan and understand our destiny - we don't have to be puppets in the hands of faith.
Guenter Knoernschild is a senior member of the American Society of Dowsers and has bee practicing dowsing for over 55 years. He has been a student of yoga and spiritual practices for over 30 years, and has been studying the teachings of Dr. Rudolph Steiner. He spends time on locating noxious energies in houses and gives lectures.
A longtime member of our local dowsers chapter, Guenter will be traveling from his upstate farm to speak with us.

Anne Williams
"Using Dowsing to Heal and Make Amazing Discoveries"
This ancient method for exploring deeper insights and challenges help us to test the strength in our bodies in so many ways. Anne's method is with a pendulum which she has been using for over 32 years. Anne will help us align with the earth changes, become more socially compatible with our co-workers, friends and family, and remind us to ask if the remedies we take help to cure the problem or merely suppress the symptoms, how many we can tolerate, the best time of day for getting the most help, etc.
Wouldn't you like to know what your energy type is? Anne will discuss people's energy types and how to change one's type. In addition, Anne will explain the protective importance of surrounding oneself with white light the first thing in the morning and throughout the day.
Anne is the chairperson of the Norman Leighton Manhattan Chapter of the Amercian Society of Dowsers. Her book, "The Pendulum Book of Charts", and several chart sets and pendulums will be available at a discount at this meeting.
